Daily Yoga Class

Since year 1993 daily “Vivekananda Yoga Centre”, daily Yoga classes are being conducted in the Ashrama premises to help devotees and general public keep strong. It is believed that a healthy body is the first requisite in the path of Spiritual emancipation. This daily programme is organised at Vivekananda Hall under the able guidance and support of trained and certified Yoga Instructor on week days. Though it has huge demand but due to the paucity of place and supporting infrastructure now we could serve on an average of 25-30 participants in the class regularly.
